Sen. Farnese, City Councilmen Frank DiCicco and James Kenney join Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter at his news conference, where he informed members of SPOAC their community center would remain open, thanks to state lawmakers, who passed House Bill 1828, authorizing Philadelphia to solve its budget crisis without having to lay off thousands of workers and cut back vital city services.
