Sen. Farnese expresses his appreciation for a unique plaque the William Way Community Center awarded him at its "Building Bash" for his help securing DCED funding to help the Center build its new elevator so it could become fully-accessible. The Center provides an array of educational, health, social and cultural programs and services for Philadelphia's diverse LGBT community.
