Farnese to Urge Passage of Bill to Protect LGBT Citizens Under PA’s Hate Crime Statute
PHILADELPHIA, Sept. 19, 2014 – State Sen. Larry Farnese (D-Phila.) will hold a rally at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 23, in the Pennsylvania Capitol Rotunda to advocate for the passage of Senate Bill 42, legislation that would expand the commonwealth’s hate crime protection law to include lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender citizens.
