Indigo Ball

I had the pleasure of attending the Indigo Ball on Saturday, October 12, 2019 which supports the William Way LGBT Community Center. This year’s gala honored LGBTQ pioneers with an emphasis on the contribution of black and brown trans women, highlighting ways they have fought for the community. I was honored to meet Kendall Stephens, recipient of this year’s Community Service Award. Kendall’s story was an inspiration and a true representation of how much of an impact the William Way Center has on people’s lives.
