Legislative Hearing Focuses on Sen. Farnese’s Direct Shipment of Wine Bill
HARRISBURG – August 11, 2011 - State Senator Larry Farnese’s legislation to expand consumer choice by allowing the direct shipment of wine was the subject of a hearing of the Senate’s Law and Justice Committee yesterday.
Senator Larry Farnese initiated a call to action for individuals and businesses to support the return of the Philadelphia Police Mounted Patrol Unit.
The recent assaults and attacks of several people in Center City illustrate the need for an increased police presence.
